I agree. My common sense says that people pay income tax, and that corporations are better served to try an expand and grow without a handicap. That allows for more jobs and more salaries that do get taxed. The fat cats that you dislike so much get hosed with the 36% (or 33% if Daschle doesn't take it back) when taken in salary or bonus, so the tax is collected either way. The corp doesn't personally benefit, so makes more sense to expand and grow the business.
