Huh? Why would you think that the market thinks that the FILING price (10 1/2) is too high? I don't see the stock below 10 1/2! Perhaps you meant that the market thinks that the OPENING price is too high. It is normal for IPOs to sell off on the morning of the IPO when they gap up like this. I expected it. I feel sorry for the guy who bought on the open - he should have waited an hour. (However, he did get a good price, he's lucky his broker isn't more nimble - the actual opening price was 25!)
