Dear ZinMaster-san, Takara has a sake that's unfiltererd. It looks milky and white, as I recall. I don't know if it's the same kind that you're talking about. They also sometimes have the stuff that's left over after they make the saki that can be used to wrap fish in as sort of a marinade. Kasuzuke, it's called! Maybe you could take a bottle of saki to the Gilroy thing and drop some garlic cloves inside before taking a swig. Yum, yum. <:-) Good luck! Kampai!! Tomato-san
