I think they still have 50% but it has been a while since I looked at that issue. There is a govt company that will be set up to share the deal. I have forgotten the details, but if you read through the thread I am sure you will find it. I understand that as long as the permit is a problem due to moving town, no major is expected to partner with them. Little joe
