JIm Re...It's bad news in general, Ted. But I agree that Intel's lead over AMD is more of a moral victory, rather than a practical one. I hope things turn around soon.<<<<<<<<<< The tax breaks never will be repealed because of their popularity. The interest rates won't go up until inflation takes off, and AG has a good handle on it. I would consider a recession more probable, lead by a pullback in gov. spending. As you alluded to earlier, deficit spending will get the gov. in trouble, because it is the only issue the Dems. have right now, and the Dems will do anything to discredit GW.
