More than two copies of the same message counts as spam...

1. Spanning what time frame? Per day, per week, per month?

2. Same = Similar?

3. Where did the number "two" come from? ... the SI Admin admitted "two" could not specifically be found it in the SI TOU, so how was the number chosen? Was there a vote by the paid membership? Was there an announcement that "two" is the number over a "time certain" in advance of the Admins cutting people off for two weeks?

I certainly do not recall ever being given the courtesy of a notice about "third" strike and you're out for two weeks .... were you?

Just curious .... Thanks
