Well perhaps the story needs to be retold. After all they appear to be within a year of a favorable decision or the end of the game.

Though it seems silly that if this is an equal partnership between MAN and the goverment of Peru, all of these issues are rather small. Peru could just condemn the land could they not? And they could provide the financial assurances too. Why are these things an issue?

Perhaps Claude could help with this, he is the reason why I even know about this play.
