Joe, maybe but not in quantity. CSCO's earnings report was good only from the current depressed tech perspective. Two years ago, it would have been a joke. I am using this rally as a trading opportunity. After that, I suspect the Naz will go back down and retest its Sept. lows.

But I do think things are starting to turn..........ever so slowly. FWIW.
