Louis - Gold weakness i.e. dollar strength being attributed around here to a rumor that Moody's is going to downgrade Japan within a fortnight. Sub-rumor is that the downgrade will be 2 notches rather than one.

Maybe true, maybe not, maybe half-true, but what an amazing coincidence it should happen now, huh?
