I didn't do anything this morning. As to whether I should already have 1/3 or not is open to debate. I am waiting until end of day. Too many bears too eager to short this. The risk I run is that we get the "other" surprise -- a quick plunge to the Sep lows -- before I can establish at least 2/3 short and unload the clown longs.
