Well once again you missed it. Every insurance policy has statutory limits. The military has unlimited limited liability for everything. And zero humans have died from an accidental release radiation from a commercial Nuclear Power plant and millions have died from the generation of energy from other sources due to accidents and environmental contamination. So you can do your silly rant about liability and I look at the mountain of dead people vs ZERO. So I repeat. to bad jerry, you don't get it and you never will. so you will just have to continue to hide from the bogey man for the rest of your life.
