dr_b - I'm sure you're being facetious, but this isn't about CSCO so much as it's about the fundies now viewing that equities have the "all clear".

They know rates aren't going up = no need to change their present value calcs for forecast earnings streams. This is a macro issue, and not a judgment on individual corporations - they will now revert to punishing one company at a time for not meeting said individual forecast, but they won't change their models for the economy as a whole.

Does this make sense? Not to a lot of people, but it does to them. The impact on the markets is to now watch them reprice their expectations back in. Calendar Q2 had better be good or the entire premise will go back in the toilet again
