this morning vbontchev made a good
distinction between bounce and rally.
it went something like, - watch the 1650-1660
area (QQQ 30.50-31.) if we go above that
chances are it's a rally and not an oversold
bounce. (hope i paraphrased him correctly).
he is so smart, it is awesome......
