Rob and Dandelion--- My take on the whole situation is that, if Robert's first analysis is correct, there is someone in whose interest it is to quell interest in this stock, someone who sells little parcels(~$200) in order to lower the post. Now who could this be? Is it the PHOX people, trying to maintain their overall "loss" if the conversion-to-come ever occurs? If the price of DTEC goes up, doesn't this make that conversion easier? Who is selling DTEC?...is it all private stockholders?...or is it still coming from the corportion? Apparently, I haven't got a clue....it just doesn't make sense that someone would bother selling $200worth of stock rather than just hold, unless there was a point to printing a lower price...I just can't figure out who benefits from keeping the price stable... IDEAS?
