Are you kidding? Move on news of Westmark restructuring? It does not appear to me to be earth shattering. I feel like it was the same situation you get when the cat jumps across the screen in those horror movies. We are all anxiously awaiting results, then this newsreport comes out. You think it is the big one, but no. The only thing moving this baby is news of earnings. OR news of major acquisitions like back in the beginning of the year when the stock shot up to over 4. I am still waiting for more news. It has been so long since we have added to FPII or even added a group practice. Please tell me what the wait is. Is noone interested in joining? Are there no other hospitals wanting our business? Is the only news that new management is coming or going? The heck with the guy in Illinois who is supposedly shorting the stock. He can't beat a growth stock, but he can demonstrate lack of movement and decreasing value. If they want him/her out get going on building the business and stop stalling. I bet the only activity besides me buying is short selling-I am trying to keep it above 1.75. The shorts are "placing their bets" that MIOA will stumble more. Do not be afraid that people are leaving the stock-they aren't. The shorts are driving the stock price as low as they can. If news gets close, volume will probably skyrocket to cover shorts. This will be a good indicator that the shorts are afraid of a rise. You guys know this stuff.
Anyway, I am a little suprised some players have not gotten back into MIOA yet, to drive the stock back up to 2.50-3.00 range. This is scary-either they are not happy with the addition of shares(60mill) or the settlement with the offshore people, or they are going to wait and see if there is a profit from operations. If there is no profit from operations, MIOA is in trouble. Insight investor or Noone, any news your way-please tell us now if the Swiss advisory group is still analyzing and watching MIOA.
