No. The argument was not that the same income is taxed twice. Besides, the double taxation argument is bogus. In any event, despite strong support on this board to eliminate all corporate income taxes, I have seen no evidence of similar support in Congress. Both Republicans and Democrats alike are in need of more money to fund their programs, not less. Eliminating the corporate income tax would mean a 10 percent drop in federal tax revenues.

I'm all for larger tax breaks for companies that grow their businesses and hire more American workers.
