2/7 is the day when the stock starts trading at 1/2 of previous day's
close. I believe what it means is that if you own 100 shares of NSCP at 160
on the close of 2/6, you'll have 200 shares of NSCP at 80 the next morning.

Nobody asked a question regarding to option trading.

You are right on your comments on analysts. If they are really good, they
would have made a few big trades and retired happily. They would not have
worked hard like us to make ends meet, right?
