<<Let's see if we have leggs with this rally...rbak is dirt cheap>>
I did add a little rbak at $1.75, but should have bought yesterday when I wanted to......still think it is dirt cheap under $5.....they have announced customer wins over csco...ceo said business was very good and he even stated he thought stock price was not a proper way to determine valuation...in other words....he said all this great stuff and then said "our stock is down to $2.25, what does that tell you ".....he was saying he thought the stock was dirt cheap at $2.25 and eventually would reflect better valuations based on the companies performance.....of course, what is the ceo supposed to say....but I agree....I think all the newtworkers are undervalued if you want to use csco as the benchmark.....even though csco share price is way down % wise and "looks" cheap....it's valuation is still enormous......then I look at these other networkers like rstn, rbak, extr, fdry and etc...and see their very low market caps, and their sucessful business, even in this killer time for the indistry, and I like the "other" networkers....csco will probably do great...it is csco after all.....but look at it's market cap, then look at the market cap of extr, fdry, rstn, rbak....all are dirt cheap as compared to csco.....could any of these be targets of csco for a buyout? I doubt extr or fdry would be....but what about rstn or rbak....? anyway.....I think all the networkers are valued nicely, except for csco..it is still overvalued at this level, but will probably still too great...too many people look at stock price....not outstanding shares, P/S ratios, pe's and most of all market cap....how much room does company abcd have to go up? I want the ones with low valuations that are executing......common sense says a 200 million dollar company has a better chance of going up 10 times then a 2 billion dollar company does of going up 10 times...but, since when has common sense meant anything in this market....waitng on $1 for more loudcloud......and will buy more rstn, fdry and extr on any more "big drops"...... |
