a 12.80 to 13.20 spread but the last trade is at 11.30.

12.80 x 13.20 was from the "international exchange" I think. If you keep watching the bid x ask you will see the spread widen to more than a dollar (assuming you're getting quotes from the other exchanges). That'll be either AMEX or Pacific.

The last trade was at 11.30. It was over an hour ago when the price of QCOM was lower.
