No one but an anarchist ( and how many of those are there) would argue against the proposition that one of the core functions of government is to prevent, and punish fraud. Nice strawman you set up for yourself.

The larger question is how does a company obtain its profits? If profits are obtained by ripping off consumers, then we move from the arena of private business to the arena of federal consumer protection law.

If you adamantly disagree with management decisions about companies you own stock in, you are a fool to hold it.

If you do not own a stake in a company, how that company is managed is none of your business - actively, literally, none of your business. And to try to make it your business though your government representatives is destructive and immoral.
