I'd think that CSCO by now must be done using written down parts. OTOH their costs are much down YoY because in 2001 they had high priced contracts on components (remember this semiconductor shortage). I think CSCO may be a good buy at $3 (I guess when it finally reaches $3 no one will want to buy it) -G-
