Chuck,

I suppose that all shareholders, (regardless of whether they are insiders or not) would receive the "Dance Dollars". If the insiders own a million shares they can give them away to their friends, throw a great party or sell them in a secondary market.

Maybe they could allow shareholders to cash in "Dance Dollars" in for 25 cents on the Dollar for those shareholders that may not be visiting Houston or New Orleans.
