Ox, I'm confused now,

Looking at the last four columns PnF for MOT I see this:


 X  
OXOX
O OX
  O


So it looks like column 3 is a sell signal with no buy signal since. Doesn't that mean it is not on a buy signal?

I am using a box size of 2 and a reversal factor of 1. Bear in mind my experience of PnF is next to nothing.
