the IPPS (Independent Power Producers) - MIR, CPN, DYN, WMB, etc showing nice up move today. this coming after huge sell offs past few days on concern about California and FERC investigations into Enron's California power sales 2 years ago and possible involvement of other of these companies. also, cnbc talked about barrons article on DYN coming, not likely to be favorable. This sharp sell off appears to me to be a buying opp on the group. fundamentals remain strong, while investigations and bond rating lowerings are getting the press. larry
