Dear Scumbria: I dont know about that but I do know I better not hear anymore grousing by the Europeans. They like to complain but when it comes to accepting 13 terrorists to end the Bethlehem standoff they all have SHORT ARMS. Other than the British, I think the Europeans appear to be like little children, always complaining never solving anything. JDN
