depends on what it comes with. did you EVER think we would lose the tax free roll up into a higher priced house?. What if they eliminated all gains for giving up tax break or lowered overall tax rate to flat tax type. If you make to much now you ALREADY lose a good partof the deduction. Dont think it will happen, but dont agree with your statement at all.
