Marcos, Might does make right. So that people can get on with their lives. I'm sure plenty people find particular Supreme Court decisions injust; heck, the Justices often reverse themselves and their predecessors after a few decades. However, at any given moment, everyone has to follow the decision, and get on with building better lives given the parameters. Might has to make right, or there would never be peace or prosperity; people with petty grievences would just make a business out grievences like the so-called "Palestinians" have.
