SAN JOSE, May 9, 2002 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Notify Technology
Corp. (Nasdaq: NTFY), announced today an updated financial guidance statement
for the remainder of the Fiscal 2002 year ending September 30th. Revenue for the
current third fiscal quarter has already exceeded the Company's combined
reported revenue for both the first and second fiscal quarters of 2002. The
Company is now projecting revenues between $650,000 and $900,000 for its third
fiscal quarter, which ends June 30th. The Company believes that its operating
expenses for the current quarter will be near the levels reported in the
previous quarter, allowing it to decrease its net loss for the current quarter.
In addition, the Company believes that revenues for the fourth fiscal quarter
should be in the same range as third fiscal quarter. Orders for the Company's
Visual Got Mail products have shown sequential increases and now total over
200,000 units for the current fiscal year. Once the Visual Got Mail units are
shipped to customers, Notify will receive a recurring revenue stream, which is
generated monthly.
