You have just demonstrated a complete misunderstanding of a quarter-millenium of enlightened thought. Why is no one surprised? What they are teaching in our bankrupt educational institutions is that the Founders were worthless because they weren't modern-day Clinton cultists/fanatics. Thus the trashing of the Founders and their ideals by your ilk in defense of a mentally disturbed and incredibly guilty criminal president was no trouble at all. The hypocritical pleading of Democrats every two years for the people to put the defense of liberty in their hands doesn't look absurd to them, because they are the enemy, and will stop at nothing to destroy an America they consider a disease. The American left must not simply be defeated, but destroyed. Their day is coming...
