Tom- I'm not sure what to think about his offer now, but maybe i can get some answers from a July 16 lecture that he is holding in his store that will be attended by some local TV station engineers. I will ask precisely "what time frame these guys imagine for installation of the digital transmission equipment". It seems like they should have the best view of this issue. louis mason.
