IS THERE REALLY ANY DOUBT ABOUT THE FINANCING? NO THE ONLY QUESTION IS IF IT COMES FROM TORTOLLA, ANGUILLA, OR SOME OTHER OFFSHORE HAVEN. I think it comes from a billion dollars onshore company I WOULD ALSO THINK THAT NEWS COMES SHORTLY. DITO MAYBE SOME TYPE OF CONVERTIBLE PREFERED OR RESTRICTED WITH WARRANTS? RESTRICTED WITH WARRANTS
