Liabilities limits of the fed gov may exist for some things but I don't think in all things. In the private sector its almost non existent. To call others dumb and make such sweeping statements with such a snotty air of authority is sad. Evading the point is even sadder. The russians had a big nuke do damage. By the way your language is also wrong when you talk of hundreds of years operating nuke plants. Its only about 50. the point is that statutory limits exist on nuke liability because there is a real risk of disaster. it may be statisticly small but it is above zero. To state otherwise reflects poorly on your intelligence.
have a nice day now.
