And just how do you define value?

How about at less than book value, even if one takes out intangible property and goodwill.

WIND is currently priced as if it is only worth the buildings and tangible properties it owns. In reality, when the communication markets come back, WIND will come back, just as it did after the Asian flu that killed semiconductors as well in 1998.

That is how I define value. Whether or not it is a value depends on whether or not you think WIND has a future business. Because if it does you are buying any future business for absolutely FREE. There is no greater "value" than getting something for FREE - assuming it is a quality thing.

Of course if you think the buildings will depreciate rapidly, and that WIND has no future business, then it is only worth a few pennies.
