Considering how dire the situation has become with this company, the equity dilution is an acceptable price to pay for survival. Combined with the pay cut and the line of credit, NUKO will have it's chance to participate in the video explosion which we are at the cusp of.
The bickering on this thread is getting ugly. Nasty accusations are better sent through e-mail!
