True, but a 200-300 billion dollar federal deficit is pretty ugly, too. Can't jack up the overall cap gains rate, 'cause the only ones making money in the stock market are the shorts or longs in gold miners or homebuilders. Only place left are houses...as Willie Sutton said, gotta go where the money is!<G>
