MOA-v...in the news: Mountain Lake 500,000-share private placement Thu 9 May 2002 The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a non-brokered private placement announced April 2, 2002. No. of shares: 500,000 Price: 32 cents per share Warrants: 500,000 non-transferable share purchase warrants for 500,000 shares Warrant price: 50 cents for a one-year period Placees: Seven placees participated The company must issue a news release if the private placement does not close promptly. Note that in certain circumstances, the TSX may later extend the expiry dates of the warrants if they are less than the maximum permitted term.
