The world community is falling all over itself to act as apologists for Palestinian suicide bombers, because a) it's fashionable to hate Israel, particularly on the left, b) Europe has post-colonial guilt, c) Europe has left-over Marxist sympathy for the underdog, which used to be Israel but after 1967 switched to the poor, poor Palestinians, d) Europe needs oil, e) Europe is terrified of its own unassimilated Arab/Muslim populations, and f) Europe hopes to avoid suicide bombers in its own back yard by following the tried-but-untrue policy of appeasement.
