carlos, #1 you figure that all $300mm is in stock......??? #2 front run a hand full of names....??? yeah if you are gates or buffett.....dont you think that would be near to impossible with large cap stocks in a $8 trillion dollar market which they make up the majority of.....correct me if i am wrong..... #3 i subscribe and i dont own msft......plus you figure all would sell at the same time, all people would want to sell....some would want to still own some of it....., plus there are arbs out there to take positions...... for example, if brinker were to put a sell on utek.....i wouldnt sell....it is a $120 stock in 3 to 4 yrs...i have owned it since $14 and $14.50 on some of my position......unless something catastrophic happens......why give 1/3 to uncle sam........unless we are going to revisit the early 70s.........i have followed utek before brinker commented on nbr......i like this company a great deal......why sell if i am long term.....??? i would be interested in anyone's thoughts....... have a good wkend all....... fwiw, lars
