ManTech Signs Resale Agreement with TVI Corporation
GLENN DALE, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 9, 2002--ManTech International Corporation (Nasdaq:MANT) announced today that the ManTech Advanced Systems International, Inc. (MASI) recently signed a resale agreement with TVI Corporation (OTCBB:TVIN) to carry its products on its GSA Schedule.
MASI is a business unit of ManTech International, a large professional and services company specializing in designing, developing, and maintaining advanced systems. MASI provides a wide range of engineering and technical services to government and industry.
TVI Corporation is an integrated specialty products manufacturer, which develops designs and fabricates systems for decontamination, casualty care, medical support, and air filtration for use in homeland defense initiatives. These products are used to provide protection against and mitigate chemical and biological threats.
TVI decontamination systems were used at the Pentagon 9-11 disaster and are deployed with top federal agencies responsible for homeland defense.
