First, a difficulty with the idea of eternal punishment; second, with the full version of the doctrine of Original Sin; and third, with the necessity of Vicarious Atonement as the way to salvation.

I also am concerned or uncertain about those doctrines. Why should someone be punished for something they didn't do (original sin) and I've never full understood how someone else could atone for our sins or why they would need to. As for eternal punishment it just seems to harsh esp. if more then a very few of the very worst go to hell.
