Mr Market seems to know before the rest of us what is going on. It has been my experience that the chart often knows before there is a news release or whatever. However, like all things having to do with the market, nothing is perfect. I have had success buying when the chart is going up and selling when it is going down. IVAN looks like it is just starting an up-cycle.
