Hi Bill. My guess is that Kaiser is going to be on the bandwagon soon. His TWG tracker of a few months ago left the door open, depending on the results, and its clear the results were not a disapointment. JMHO.

Could also be leak of good Cargo results (doubtfull)

I won't get too excited until the volume picks up though.
