Kelvin, if WCOM management keeps their promise on the dividend and keeps the MCIT tracker then it is great...especially for someone to buy in here. I probably would buy in here but just suspicious that with Bernie Ebbers gone(and his promise) and the rating agency downgrades and the new management obsession to conserve cash, just don't trust em....but been wrong with suspicions many times in the past so...time will tell. Best wishes with it, and the CSCO long is a good move imho.
