Who was "Deep Throat?"

I gather you're checking the bookstore every day for the new book by John Dean. He claims to have discovered it. And perhaps you've read, whoops, the Nixon counsel, first name Len, last name escapes me, book on his search for the identity of Deep Throat. Can't find it in Amazon with that little bit of information.
