92% dividend? hmm, perhaps the market is pricing in a bit of risk. WCOM bonds trading at 40 cents on the dollar, or lower today, such pricing by the usually effective bond market indicates a high probability of bankruptcy. BWAC, i'm not disputing your cash flow projections, but debt has been the killer, and still will be. if one wants to play WCOM, buy the debt, if bk, then bondholders get the assets, if recovery, the bonds run back up closer to par. win win. larry
