And what a lot of people don't realize is that if the dollar declines 30% against other currencies, and you hold you assets in those currencies, you actually gain 43%. On a 20% decline you gain 25%. On a 50% (highly unlikely, I would think) decline, you would double your money. So there's more leverage than at first might appear in FAX and FCO, especially when they can be picked up at a discount.
