Elmer, <AMD is now a prime target for a class action suit.> What do you mean? Doesn't it all depend on what your definition of "World Class Yields" is? If you can legally get away with saying that oral sex isn't really sex, you can legally get away with claiming "World Class Yields" on a part that is hardly shipping. The only consequence is that Jerry loses whatever credibility he has left, but doesn't AMD's stock price already reflect that? And besides, Jerry is on his way out anyway.
