i think a lot of risk is priced into the stock after reading this april 25 article concerning the dividend payout. if you believe the management, then you will recieve $0.60/share/quarter through 2002. hmmm, makes me want to go long since the current price is 2.48/share for MCIT. biz.yahoo.com i'll have to watch this one.
