Complicating things are several factors, including the S&P CI's, which haven't touched 0. Also the Naz LT CI needs to touch 0.

In addition, the Naz up/dn vol. isn't pretty at all. Take a look. Further, the VXN might break above the 200 SMA. And the Dow might just give up and plunge through the 200 SMA.

Understand that these are all the sort of quibbles that a permabear might make. I myself am bullish no matter what, because I believe in the New Economy. And I most certainly do not believe in the dark art of technical analysis. It is my view that stock charts are randomly drawn by programmers and graphic artists laboring away in foreign sweat shops.
