Most shareholders already voted with their feet. Those remaining are either speculators like yourself, or people who think they're getting a deal from a used car salesman who has a known history of selling lemons.

That's why I don't buy into the nonsense of shareholder lawsuits, except where gross deception clearly took place as in the case of Enron. "World Class Yields" is nothing more than a marketing slogan, much like "QuantiSpeed."
